Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use Vetrixo.

Important: Vetrixo supports veterinary written prescription management and verification. It does not replace the professional judgement, legal duties or clinical responsibility of the prescribing veterinary surgeon.

These Terms are the principal agreement for use of Vetrixo. The Acceptable Use Policy supplements and forms part of these Terms for all users. The Pharmacy Verification Terms also supplement and form part of these Terms when a pharmacy, pharmacist, supplier or authorised staff member uses verification or fulfilment functionality.

If there is a direct conflict concerning pharmacy verification or fulfilment functionality, the Pharmacy Verification Terms take precedence for that functionality. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Processing Information provide privacy and governance information; they are transparency documents and do not form part of these contractual Terms.
