Data Processing Information
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains how Vetrixo approaches data processing for the prescription service. It supports transparency for veterinary professionals, practices, pharmacies and other organisations.
Governance position: Vetrixo processes personal data to provide the prescription service. Its precise data-protection role can depend on the processing activity and its relationship with the relevant practice, pharmacy or other organisation. Formal role mapping and organisational data-processing terms remain a pre-commercial-launch requirement.
Where UK GDPR requires an Article 28 controller-to-processor agreement, a controller-to-controller arrangement or other written data-processing terms, the required arrangement must be in place before the relevant organisational processing begins.

This page is transparency information and is not a data processing agreement. Formal role mapping and the required organisational terms remain to be completed before commercial launch.
